1COMBINE 1/3 cup Ketchup and Worcestershire. Grill or broil burgers brushing frequently with Ketchup mixture, until desired doneness. Top each burger with 2 slices mozzarella and prosciutto roll. Grill 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
2COMBINE remaining 1/3 Ketchup with mayonnaise and basil.
3ARRANGE burgers on focaccia and serve with basil ketchup. Top with roasted red pepper if desired.
