Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain fat.
Stir in Seasoning Mix, tomatoes, beans, water and macaroni. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in 1 cup of the cheese. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream, sliced green onions and jalapeños, if desired.
