Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 cup French's® Tomato Ketchup
- 1/2 cup dill pickle relish
- 1 cup tomato
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 6 flour tortillas (10-inch)

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain. Stir in 1/2 cup Mustard, 1/2 cup Ketchup and relish and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in tomato and 1 cup cheese.
- 2 COMBINE enchilada sauce with remaining Mustard and Ketchup. Spread 1/2 cup sauce over bottom of 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Divide ground beef mixture evenly among tortillas and roll up.
- 3 ARRANGE tortillas, seam side down, in baking dish and pour remaining sauce over tortillas.
- 4 BAKE covered, 20 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
