Nancy's Grilled Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg white
  • 3 tablespoon reduced fat Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon French's® Honey Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks or wedges
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut into squares

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 MIX turkey, oatmeal, bread crumbs, egg white, cheese, mustard, garlic and black pepper in large bowl. Shape into 24 meatballs.
  • 2 PLACE 4 meatballs on each skewer, alternating with pineapple and bell pepper.
  • 3 GRILL meatballs 10 min. on well greased rack over medium heat until no longer pink inside, turning often.
