Chili-O Baked Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wing pieces
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 package French's® Original Chili-O Seasoning Mix, divided
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss chicken with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Seasoning Mix; toss to coat well. Arrange wings in single layer on large foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
  • 2 Bake 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and skin is crisp.
  • 3 Meanwhile, place remaining Seasoning Mix, water, honey and RedHot Sauce in small saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  • 4 Place cooked wings in large bowl. Pour sauce over wings and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
