Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
  • 1/3 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup French's® Honey Mustard
  • 1/3 cup fat free chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 WEAVE chicken tenders on metal skewers. Coat with vegetable cooking spray.
  • 2 MIX remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  • 3 GRILL chicken over medium heat on greased grill about 5 min. until cooked. Serve with peanut dipping sauce.
