  • 1 Place rice and cinnamon stick in medium heat-proof bowl. Add boiling water. Soak 4 to 8 hours. Do not drain.
  • 2 Transfer rice mixture and milk to blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve. Pour into large pitcher.
  • 3 Whisk in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Serve over ice. Refrigerate leftovers in airtight container.
