  • 1 pouch Simply Asia® Sichuan Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil, divided
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
  2. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Return chicken to skillet.
  3. Stir in Sauce and pineapple until well mixed and cook just until heated through.
