- Preheat oven to 425°F. Rub pork chops with 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning Mix. Set aside.
- Drizzle sweet potatoes and apples with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with remaining Seasoning Mix, tossing to coat. Place in center of large shallow foil-lined pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven. Stir sweet potatoes and apples and move to edge of pan. Place pork chops in center.
- Bake 15 minutes longer or until pork is desired doneness and sweet potatoes are tender.

- Substitute red potatoes, white potatoes, or butternut squash in place of sweet potatoes.
- Prefer chicken? Swap in boneless chicken thighs or breasts in place of the pork chops. Bake until chicken is cooked through.
