- Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix Seasoning Mix and oil in large bowl.
- Add chicken and vegetables; toss to coat. Arrange in single layer on large, shallow, foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Test Kitchen Tips:
- Use vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, butternut squash or red onion wedges.
- Substitute boneless chicken for the bone-in chicken. Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through.
