- Whisk stock, garlic powder, thyme, black pepper, and salt in the slow cooker until blended. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Add bay leaf. Cover.
- Cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.
- Stir in noodles. Cover. Cook on HIGH for 10 minutes longer or until noodles are tender. Remove bay leaf before serving.
