- Place pork in large bowl. Add oil and toss to coat. Add Seasoning and toss until evenly coated. Thread pork onto bamboo skewers.
- Grill skewers over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until pork is to desired doneness. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired.
