- Mix Hot Sauce and mayonnaise in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Prepare yuca fries according to package directions. Keep warm.
- Meanwhile, cook and crumble chorizo in medium skillet on medium-high heat until browned. Transfer to paper towel lined plate to drain.
