Whisk water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in small bowl. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 4 minutes or until tender crisp.

Whisk sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Return chicken to skillet along with noodles. Stir-fry 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened and mixture is heated through.

Use vegetables such as broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini and onions.

Substitute steak, pork, shrimp or tofu for the chicken. Stir-fry until cooked through.
