  • 1 package McCormick® Hibachi Chicken & Rice Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil, divided
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups assorted cut-up vegetables
  • 2 cups cooked lo mein noodles - Substitutescooked spaghetti or linguini

Instructions

  1. Whisk water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in small bowl. Set aside. 

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 4 minutes or until tender crisp.  

  3. Whisk sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Return chicken to skillet along with noodles. Stir-fry 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened and mixture is heated through.   

 

Test Kitchen Tips:

  • Use vegetables such as broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini and onions.  

  • Substitute steak, pork, shrimp or tofu for the chicken. Stir-fry until cooked through.  

  • Great served with cooked rice instead of noodles!
