- Whisk water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 5 minutes or until tender crisp. Return chicken to skillet.
- Whisk sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Stir-fry 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over hot cooked rice.
Test Kitchen Tips:
- Use vegetables such as broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini and onions.
- Substitute steak, pork, shrimp or tofu for the chicken. Stir-fry until cooked through.
- Great served with cooked noodles instead of rice!
