Mix Hot Sauce, lime juice, and oil in large bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons; set aside. Add chicken to remaining mixture, turning to coat well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

Grill chicken over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until lightly charred and cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking.

For the Salsa, mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve chicken with Salsa and hot cooked rice, drizzled with additional Hot Sauce, if desired.
