- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place chicken in large bowl. Drizzle with oil, if desired. Sprinkle with Seasoning Mix, tossing to coat evenly. Arrange on large foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- Roast 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Test Kitchen Tip: To make boneless chicken breasts, reduce oven temp to 400°F and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
