- 1 package (16 ounces) mini marshmallows (10 cups), divided
- 10 cups crispy rice cereal (such as Kellogg's® Rice Krispies®), divided
- 2 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract, divided
- McCormick® Assorted Food Colors & Egg Dye
- McCormick® Neon Food Colors & Egg Dye
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

- For each color of egg-shaped crispy treats, mix 2 cups marshmallows and 2 tablespoons butter in small saucepan on medium heat. Heat, stirring constantly, until completely melted; remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and Food Color combo shown below to achieve desired color.
- Spray 1/4 cup measuring cup and clean hands with no stick cooking spray. Working quickly, scoop 1/4 cup of cereal mixture into hands and mold into egg shapes.
- Place crispy treat eggs on parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining ingredients to create all 5 colored eggs.
- Melt white chocolate as directed on package. Cool slightly. Spoon into piping bag and use to draw stripes and zig-zags onto eggs for decoration. Makes 40 eggs (8 of each color).
Color Combos: Pink = 4 drops NEON pink; Orange = 2 drops Assorted red + 2 drops Assorted yellow; Green = 5 drops NEON green; Blue = 5 drops NEON blue; Purple = 5 drops NEON pink + 2 drops NEON blue
