  • 2 packets (2.5 ounces each) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna Packet, Chili Lime
  • 1 can (15 ounces) beans, drained, such as pinto, black, kidney
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup pico de gallo salsa
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Sliced jalapeno or Serrano peppers, optional
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Tortilla chips veggies or crackers, for serving

  1. Spread beans in a single layer in 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Add the remaining layers, starting with Greek yogurt, followed by guacamole, pico de gallo, black olives, cheese, and finally Chili Lime Tuna. Top with a layer of sliced jalapenos, if desired.
