- Toss steak with Seasoning Mix in medium bowl until evenly coated.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook, stirring gently, just until seared, about 3 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add onion. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until softened. Add water and soy sauce. Return steak to skillet, tossing to mix. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired, topped with fried eggs, kimchi, cucumbers and carrots, or any of your favorite veggies!
