- Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange Brussels sprouts in single layer on large foil-lined baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat evenly.
- Roast 15 minutes.
- Mix Coating Mix with melted butter in small bowl. Remove sprouts from oven. Stir sprouts and sprinkle coating mixture evenly over top.
- Roast 20 minutes longer or until Brussels sprouts are tender and coating is golden brown and crispy.
