Ready in just a few minutes, this acai bowl recipe is filled with acai berry puree, fruit, and all your favorite toppings. You won't be disappointed with this filling powerhouse breakfast! 

Acai Bowl Ingredients:

Optional Toppings:

  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut
  • Nuts
  • Kiwi 

Instructions:

  • Place acai puree, banana, pineapple, coconut milk and vanilla in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.

  • Transfer mixture to serving bowls and top with optional fruit and garnishes, as desired.

    • Acai berries are a considered a superfood. The purple berries grow on palm trees rather than bushes and are similar to grapes in appearance. Pureed acai berries can be found in the freezer section of grocery stores as well as local health food store and online retailers.
