- 3 tablespoon Gourmet Garden™ Ginger Stir-In Paste
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden™ Garlic Stir-In Paste
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 4 salmon fillets

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Ginger, Garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar and tomato sauce in small bowl. Place salmon in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turning gently to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Remove salmon from marinade and discard any remaining marinade. Place salmon on foil- or parchment-lined shallow baking pan.
- Roast salmon 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
