Instructions
- Mix lime juice, lemon juice, Ginger Paste, olive oil and honey in small bowl until well blended. Stir in mango and onion to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
- Preheat grill for indirect medium heat. Grill salmon, skin-side down, over indirect heat 16 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Stir mint into mango salsa. Spoon salsa over salmon to serve.
