- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden™ Ginger Stir-In Paste
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden™ Cilantro Stir-In Paste
- 1 pound small whole carrots, peeled

- Mix honey, butter, Ginger and Cilantro Paste in small bowl; set aside. Add scant 1-inch of water to bottom of large skillet. Bring to boil. Place carrots in skillet; cover. Simmer about 5 minutes or until water has mostly evaporated and carrots are tender. Drain any remaining water. Remove skillet from heat.
- Add honey mixture to skillet. Toss until carrots are well-coated. Serve immediately.
