- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups snow peas
- 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden™ Garlic Stir-In Paste
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden™ Ginger Stir-In Paste
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat until shimmering. Add snow peas, onion and bell pepper; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce, Garlic and Ginger Paste. Bring to boil.
- Add shrimp. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes, just until shrimp turn pink. Serve over steamed rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
