- 1 package Cholula® Original Taco - Medium Recipe Mix
- 1 pound ground beef - Substitutesground turkey or chicken
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 package (8 ounces) shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
- 1 package (12 ounces) restaurant-style tortilla chips
- 1/4 cup chopped white onion
- 1 medium avocado, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled Cotija cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
- Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans and 1 cup shredded cheese.
- Arrange tortilla chips evenly on 2 large foil-lined shallow baking pans sprayed with no stick cooking spray, overlapping chips as needed to cover pan completely. Divide meat mixture evenly between each pan of chips. Sprinkle evenly with remaining cheese and top with onion.
- Bake on separate oven racks 5 minutes or just until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with avocado, Cotija and remaining cilantro to serve.
