- Mash avocado in small bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of the Hot Sauce, stirring until well blended.
- Spread avocado mixture evenly over 1 side of each piece of toast. Top with fried eggs and salsa. Drizzle with remaining Hot Sauce to serve.
