Ingredients
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Garlic, Herb and Black Pepper and Sea Salt All Purpose Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange lemon slices in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Place salmon on top of lemon slices.
- 2 Brush salmon with oil. Sprinkle evenly with Seasoning.
- 3 Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
