Instructions
How do you properly prepare pork chops so they're not too dry? Follow along with Jordan in the McCormick Test Kitchen to get the step-by-step directions on how to marinate, season, and perfectly grill pork chops.
📄 MARINATED GRILLED PORK CHOPS INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1/3 cup oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 pounds boneless pork chops, about 1/2- to 1-inch thick
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix Seasoning, oil and vinegar in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade. Place pork chops in large resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade; push air out of bag and seal completely.
2. Massage pork and marinade 5 minutes, turning the bag over often so meat absorbs most of the marinade. Remove pork chops from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness (internal temperature should reach 145°F), brushing with reserved marinade during last few minutes of grilling. Allow pork to rest about 5 minutes before serving.
📄 GRILLED PORK CHOPS WITH BLACK PEPPER RUB INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds bone-in pork chops, about 1-inch thick
3 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Coarse Black Pepper & Flake Salt Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Rub pork chops evenly on all sides with seasoning.
2. Grill over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness (internal temperature should reach 145°F). Allow pork to rest 5 minutes before serving.
