HEAT oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until softened.
STIR in tomatoes, Seasoning and salt. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add coconut milk. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
