INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 PLACE garlic, cilantro and peppercorns in blender or use mortar and pestle. Pulse or grind into a thick paste. Spoon into large bowl. Add oyster flavored sauce and soy sauce; mix well. Add pork; turn to coat well.
  • 2 REFRIGERATE 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
  • 3 BROIL or grill over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until pork is desired doneness. Serve pork with Chili Sauce.
