Simply Asia's Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk is a non-dairy, lactose-free/casein-free and non-mammal milk -- and for most, a non-inflammatory food. It can be an excellent whole-milk (and evaporated milk) substitute. Contains only organic coconut, water, and Guar Gum. Before opening can, allow it to reach warm room temperature, and shake can well before unsealing it. If contents contain clumps, then stir or whisk well until smooth. Explore possibilities and experiment with it as a milk substitute. Makes coffee velvety (including cold-brew coffee). Leftover milk in the can may be covered and kept firm in the refrigerator until next use.
