- Remove membrane from underside of each rack of ribs. Pat ribs dry with clean paper towels. Rub the Stubb's BBQ Rub evenly onto both sides or ribs.
- Grill ribs, bony-side down, over indirect heat with grill lid closed 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat just begins to shrink away from ends of bones. To ensure even cooking, place an oven thermometer next to the ribs (grill should be about 250°F).
- Brush ribs with the Sticky Sweet Bar-B-Q Sauce every 10 minutes during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Remove from grill; cut into sections to serve.
