- 1/4 cup Stubb's Texas Sriracha Anytime Sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1/2 pound peeled and deveined shrimp, tails on
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place shrimp in a medium bowl. Mix Stubb's Texas Sriracha Anytime Sauce, honey and soy sauce in a small bowl. Pour over shrimp and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
- 2 Preheat grill to 400-500° degrees and spray with cooking spray.
- 3 Remove shrimp from marinade and place on grill. Sear for 2-3 minutes (depending on size of shrimp) and flip. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until shrimp is curled up and pink.
- 4 Serve immediately with additional Stubb's Texas Sriracha Sauce, blue cheese and optional salad dressing.
