The classic carrot cake in a smaller cupcake form. Topped with a lemony cream cheese frosting, they make a special treat for Easter celebrations, bake sales, backyard cookouts and potlucks.
Stubb's Pork Marinade
1In the refrigerator, marinate chicken breasts overnight in Stubb's Pork Marinade. Remove from marinade and let stand for 10 minutes.
2In a small bowl, mix together honey and sriracha.
3Prepare a grill for direct high-heat grilling (approximately 450°F). Place chicken on the grill. Flip every 3 minutes, glazing the chicken breasts with sriracha sauce after each flip. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until chicken breasts reach an internal temp of 165°F. Glaze one last time prior to pulling chicken off of the grill. Let stand for five minutes before serving.
