- 12 large raw shrimp, deveined and unshelled
- 2 tablespoon Stubb's® Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Stubb's® Spicy Barbecue Sauce
- 2 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Stubb's Beef Marinade
- 6 small corn tortilla rounds
- Mango salsa (store bought)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Marinate shrimp in Stubb’s Beef Marinade for about 30 minutes.
- 2 In a small bowl, mix Stubb’s Original and Spicy Bar-B-Q Sauces and brown sugar.
- 3 Brush shrimp with Bar-B-Q sauce mix then place on grill until shrimp cooks, and sugar caramelizes onto shrimp.
- 4 Add shrimp on top of the corn tortillas and top with the mango salsa.
