Incredibly delicious and easy to make! The flavor is amazing and the chicken comes out so tender making it really easy to shred. It has a flavor like chicken tinga that you would find in a Mexican restaurant, a must try!

Made it today but used low sodium organic beans, no salt added Hunts brand diced tomatoes w/ basil, oregano and garlic, frozen corn and 2 oz of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce! WOW !!

Our family loves this! Sometimes we eat it out of a bowl and other times we serve it on a tortilla with sour cream, lettuce, and cheese or on a plate with a side of rice. It is full of flavor and is often requested by my husband and the kids too!

Good recipe. I omitted the beans and served it over rice. The family liked it and I would make it again. It is so easy, low fat, and a healthy meal.
