Take the work out of making chicken parmesan with McCormick® One Sheet Pan Chicken Parmesan. This convenient seasoning has all the Italian flavors you love – basil, oregano and Parmesan cheese – with the bonus of easy clean-up.

Makes 4 servings
YOU WILL NEED
1 pkg. McCormick® One Seasoning Mix
4 thinly sliced boneless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. oil, divided
4 cups broccoli florets
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup spaghetti or marinara sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Empty Seasoning Mix into shallow dish. Brush chicken with 1 Tbsp. of the oil. Coat evenly on both sides with Seasoning Mix. Discard any remaining Seasoning Mix. Place chicken on large shallow foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
2. Place broccoli in large bowl. Toss with remaining oil and salt and pepper to taste. Arrange broccoli on sheet pan around chicken.
3. Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from oven. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
