- For the Guacamole, mash avocados in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended. Cover surface with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For the Fish Tacos, mix Seasoning Mix and bread crumbs in shallow dish. Pat fish dry with paper towels. Brush on both sides with Tartar Sauce. Coat fish evenly on both sides with seasoned bread crumb mixture.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Place fish in skillet, being careful not to overlap (work in 2 batches, if needed). Cook fish 2 to 3 minutes per side or until coating is crispy and fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Cut fish into 8 portions. Serve in warm tortillas. Top with lettuce, tomato and guacamole to serve.
