INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix oil and Seasoning in large bowl. Add mushroom strips and toss to coat evenly.
  • 2 Grill mushroom strips over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, turning frequently until tender.

    Test Kitchen Tip: Grill mushroom slices in a grill basket for easier prep.
  • 3 To assemble "MLT" sandwiches, place lettuce and tomato on each of 4 slices of the bread. Layer each sandwich with 4 mushroom strips and sliced avocado. Top with remaining bread slices.

    Serving Suggestion: Spread sandwich toast with vegan mayo, hummus, mustard, or your favorite sandwich spread.
