Mix water and Seasoning in small bowl until well blended.
Heat oil in Instant Pot on SAUTÉ function. Place ground beef in pot. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until cooked through; drain excess fat. Add water and seasoning mixture. Pour in tomatoes, beans and tomato sauce. DO NOT STIR. Close lid. Set Valve to Seal.
Set to cook for 10 minutes on MEAT/STEW function. When done, quick release the pressure. Open the lid once pressure inside the pot is completely released. (Check manufacturer’s manual for safe operating instructions.) Stir before serving.
