Instructions

  1. For the Burger Sauce, mix all ingredients in small bowl. Cover. Set aside until ready to serve.
  2. For the Smash Burger Taco, heat flat top grill on medium-high heat. Mix beef and Seasoning in medium bowl. Divide meat into 6 equal portions; shape into balls. Place each portion on hot flat top. Top each with a tortilla. Use large heavy spatula or burger press to smash and flatten meat beneath tortilla.
  3. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until beef is cooked through and golden brown. Flip and cook 1 minute longer or until tortillas are lightly browned. Remove from grill. Fold in half and serve with Burger Sauce and desired toppings.

Test Kitchen Tip: No flat top grill, no problem. Use a large cast-iron skillet on your grill or use a large non-stick skillet on your stove top. For easier prep when using a skillet, press one portion of ground beef into a thin even layer on top of each tortilla before placing in skillet. Press to adhere and spread beef to edges of tortilla. Place beef side down in hot skillet and cook as directed.
