- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
- 4 cups whole wheat French bread cubes, Italian bread cubes
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla in large bowl until well blended.
- 2 Stir in bread cubes, apples and cranberries. Spread evenly in 11x7-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 3 Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving, if desired.
