Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp , peeled and deveined
  • 3 teaspoons OLD BAY® Classic Seafood Seasoning, divided
  • 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds , toasted
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • Lettuce leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 In a medium saucepan bring 1 cup of water to boil. Add shrimp and 1 teaspoon of the OLD BAY. Cover. Cook 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain.
  • 2 Mix shrimp, remaining 2 teaspoons OLD BAY and next 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Cover.
  • 3 Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve on lettuce leaves.
