In a medium saucepan bring 1 cup of water to boil. Add shrimp and 1 teaspoon OLD BAY. Cover. Cook 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain.
Mix shrimp remaining 2 teaspoons OLD BAY and next 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Cover.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
