- For Cajun Sauce, in medium bowl mix mayonnaise, milk, honey, OLD BAY Seasoning, thyme and garlic powder until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Heat vegetable oil to 350°F in large heavy saucepan or deep fryer (do not fill more than 2/3 of the way).
- Dip fillets in milk shaking off excess. Coat with Fry Mix.
- Fry fish in batches for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Drizzle Cajun sauce over catfish to serve,
