Ingredients
- 1 pound thick-sliced bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
- 3 medium jalapeño peppers, stemmed and sliced into rounds (remove seeds, if desired)
- 25 buttery crackers

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F with rack in middle position. Line a large shallow baking pan with foil. Place wire rack on pan. Set aside.
- 2 Sprinkle bacon lightly on both sides with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, then sprinkle with some of the brown sugar.
- 3 Place 1 bacon slice on each cracker. Top each with at least one slice of jalapeño. Arrange in single layer on prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar and Seasoned Salt.
- 4 Bake 20 to 30 minutes, checking frequently to avoid burning. Remove from oven and cool completely before serving.
