Ingredients

  • 8 ounces angel hair pasta
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Sriracha Seasoning
  • 1 cup julienned snow peas
  • 1/2 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Sesame Seed, Toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, mix peanut butter, honey, vinegar, soy sauce and Seasoning in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
  • 2 Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking water. Stir cooking water into dressing in bowl. Add pasta and vegetables; toss to coat well. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Serve warm.
