Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Sriracha Seasoning
  • 1 medium cucumber, halved lengthwise, seeded and sliced on the diagonal
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix oil, lime juice, honey, vinegar and Seasoning in large bowl. Add vegetables; toss to coat well. Cover.
  • 2 Refrigerate until ready to serve.
