INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Place steak in freezer 20 minutes. Cut steak lengthwise into 1/4 inch-thick strips
  • 2 Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Place meat in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well
  • 3 Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Thread steak in zig-zag fashion onto skewers
  • 4 Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until desired doneness
