Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak
- 3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Sesame Seed, Toasted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place steak in freezer 20 minutes. Cut steak lengthwise into 1/4 inch-thick strips
- 2 Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Place meat in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well
- 3 Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Thread steak in zig-zag fashion onto skewers
- 4 Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until desired doneness
